How Gatepass actually works.
Gate pass is the last checkpoint in your factory. If the security guard does not log it, you have no record. Pipetal makes the gate pass a structured document tied to a sale, transfer or returnable purpose.
Returnable gate passes (jobwork, equipment loan, sample) get tracked with due dates. Anything overdue throws a daily alert until it is closed.

For non-returnable, no, it must tie to a sale or transfer. For returnable jobwork or sample, yes.
