Attendance & Biometrics
ZKTeco/ZKBioTime devices stream punches straight into payroll.
Capture attendance through ZKTeco USB or network devices, ZKBioTime cloud, or manual entry. Punches stream into the HR module in real-time and drive payroll automatically.
How Attendance actually works.
Biometric attendance is the difference between accurate payroll and “best guess” payroll. Pipetal supports the devices Pakistani factories actually use: ZKTeco fingerprint, face devices, and ZKBioTime cloud.
Punches flow into Pipetal in real time. Late-comers, absentees, OT, all auto-classified. The HR manager intervenes only on exceptions; the rest happens by itself.
Inside Attendance.
ZKTeco USB / network
Direct device sync with fingerprint and face support.
ZKBioTime cloud
Cloud-based device fleets sync into Pipetal automatically.
Auto attendance posting
Punches → in/out → working hours → late marks, all auto-calculated.
Late & absent alerts
HR is pinged the moment a worker is late or absent.
Multi-device per branch
Multiple devices per location, all rolled into a single attendance record.
Manual override with audit
Manual punches (for missed scans, leave, etc.) require approval and leave a trail.
Where Attendance sits in the biometric flow.
A multi-shift factory eliminates time-theft on the night shift.
Before Pipetal, night-shift workers had a habit of clocking in for absent colleagues. With ZKTeco face devices, biometric is the only way in, and the system flags duplicate attempts. Time-theft dropped to zero, and the savings paid for the device fleet in 3 months.
